This Refund Policy outlines how returns, refunds and exchanges work when you purchase from Avela Body.
1. 60-Day Risk-Free Trial
We accept refund requests within 60 days of delivery.
If you do not experience noticeable improvements within 60 days, simply contact our support team and we’ll help you with the return process.

Once your request is received, we will provide the return instructions and return address.
Please wait for confirmation before sending any item back. Items returned without prior authorisation may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds are issued for the product cost only, unless the item was defective, damaged or sent in error. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged upon arrival or incorrect.

7. International Orders
Customers outside the United States are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect.
Duties, customs fees and import taxes are non-refundable.
If a package is undeliverable or returned to us due to refusal, incorrect address or failure to collect, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
